O Red Kitchen Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • .5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • .5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 diced onion
  • 4 diced garlic cloves
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1.5 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2-3 lbs of mixed ground meat (veal, beef, pork)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°
  2. Mix milk, eggs, oil, ketchup, Worcestershire, and seasonings.
  3. (Optional) Sauté onion and garlic in a little bit of oil on medium-low heat until cooked through.
  4. Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onions and garlic, and meat to milk mixture
  5. Mix thoroughly with hands.
  6. Grease casserole dish or line with parchment paper or foil.
  7. Add meatloaf to dish, form into loaf shape.
  8. Bake for 65 mins and check. Remove when internal temp reaches 155°
  9. Let rest 10-15 mins before cutting and serving.
