Ingredients
- 1.5 cups whole milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- .5 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- .5 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 diced onion
- 4 diced garlic cloves
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1.5 cups breadcrumbs
- 2-3 lbs of mixed ground meat (veal, beef, pork)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°
- Mix milk, eggs, oil, ketchup, Worcestershire, and seasonings.
- (Optional) Sauté onion and garlic in a little bit of oil on medium-low heat until cooked through.
- Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onions and garlic, and meat to milk mixture
- Mix thoroughly with hands.
- Grease casserole dish or line with parchment paper or foil.
- Add meatloaf to dish, form into loaf shape.
- Bake for 65 mins and check. Remove when internal temp reaches 155°
- Let rest 10-15 mins before cutting and serving.
