Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
- .5 lb spinach
- 6 organic pitted dates
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- .5 cup vanilla full fat yogurt
- 1 scoop plant based vanilla protein powder
- 2 scoops of ice
- 2 cups whole milk
Instructions
- place in blender e.g. vitamix in order listed above.
- Blend on high until all ingredients are fully blended.
