O Red Belgian Waffles

Ingredients

1.75 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. sugar
.5 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks, beaten
.3 cup vegetable oil
1.5 cups milk
3 egg whites, beaten stiff

Instructions

  1. Measure dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
  2. Blend.
  3. Combine egg yolks and milk.
  4. Stir into dry ingredients.
  5. Stir in cooking oil.
  6. Carefully fold in egg whites. Do not overmix.
  7. Pour approximately .67 cup batter onto preheated griddle.
  8. Close and bake
