Ingredients
1.75 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. sugar
.5 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks, beaten
.3 cup vegetable oil
1.5 cups milk
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
Instructions
- Measure dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
- Blend.
- Combine egg yolks and milk.
- Stir into dry ingredients.
- Stir in cooking oil.
- Carefully fold in egg whites. Do not overmix.
- Pour approximately .67 cup batter onto preheated griddle.
- Close and bake
