Ingredients
- 1 lb. Meat (beef, pork, veal)
- .5 cup breadcrumbs
- .5 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- .5 milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- .25 tsp oregano
- .25 tsp thyme
- .25 tsp basil
- .5 tsp pepper
- .5 paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Mix together the meats
- Blend in breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, and oil
- Add all the remaining ingredients and combine well.
- Roll into meatballs.
- Bake in oven for 12-20 mins
- Serve with spaghetti and tomato sauce
