Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Meat (beef, pork, veal)
  • .5 cup breadcrumbs
  • .5 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • .5 milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • .25 tsp oregano
  • .25 tsp thyme
  • .25 tsp basil
  • .5 tsp pepper
  • .5 paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Mix together the meats
  3. Blend in breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, and oil
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients and combine well.
  5. Roll into meatballs.
  6. Bake in oven for 12-20 mins
  7. Serve with spaghetti and tomato sauce
